Let’s take a look at the tech behind the Titanic, explore the innovations made since April 15, 1912, and try to determine if newer tech could prevent such an accident from happening again.

As today is the 100th aniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, I thought it would be appropriate to share some really cool images of life aboard the famous ocean liner. These were all taken by Father Francis Brown and give us a glimpse of some of the day to day activities on board Titanic.
These images include a funny look inside the gym and a candid shoot of the ships captain, all reminding us of the event 100 years ago where over 1500 people lost their lives.

Titanic Gets Upgraded With Sea Monsters and Explosions [VIDEO]

If you thought James Cameron’s megahit Titanic is a bit boring, you’ll probably love the new version.

Titanic Super 3D brings new motion feel technology, sea monsters, plenty of unnecessary explosions and a modernized soundtrack.

And if all that is not enough for you, the Imperial Forces from Star Wars have interfered, too, though we’re not sure whether they want to sink or save the Titanic.

Of course, it’s not really something you’ll actually see in cinemas: the video below is just a fake trailer for an “upgraded” version of the movie, but it’s a fun watch nevertheless.

Also, we don’t guarantee that someone, somewhere (probably in Japan) isn’t working on such a version of Titanic. In fact, we have our fingers crossed.
