Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is having the best week ever. He turned 28 on Monday, and his company goes public later this week.

The timing couldn’t be better for him to be immortalized in song.

CDZA, a comedy troupe that performs “musical video experiments,” launched a musical Tuesday to chronologically document the history of Zuckerberg and his social network.

In 12 parts and just under four minutes, three bubbly blonde singers and a pianist vocalize the founder’s past eight years, from Harvard to the launch of the Facebook IPO. The musical variety spans the gamut of showtunes, from the melodies of West Side Story to Annie Get Your Gun.

Founded seven months ago, CDZA promises a new experimental musical every Tuesday. (Something to keep us entertained between Scumbag Thursdays, perhaps?)

The troupe’s previous two videos, “History of Lyrics That Aren’t Lyrics” and “History of Whistling,” suggest the group with continue with their efforts to document the past through song.

Time unveiled a very revealing cover for its latest issue, and Twitter users have had plenty to say about it.

The cover features Jamie Lynne Grumet, a 26-year-old California mom, shown breast-feeding her son Aram, who turns four next month. In the issue — titled, “Are You Mom Enough?” — Grumet is interviewed about her parenting decisions and the modern relationship between mother and baby.

Internet users responded quickly to the cover — it has already been Photoshopped, criticized and applauded.

Due to the provocative nature of the image and its widespread popularity, some feel that the cover is hurting the boy’s reputation in the future. Some feel that it’s exploiting mothers. Others have found humor in the cover, manipulating the image and the topic by referencing other bits of pop culture.

Today, we bring you “Wrecking Ball,” the title track from Bruce Springsteen’s forthcoming album, streaming right here on Mashable for 24 hours.

The Boss hasn’t released a new album since Working on a Dream in 2009. But on March 6, he’ll release Wrecking Ball, his 17th studio album. To celebrate, he’s holding an extended listening party of sorts by unveiling each track from the album on a different website up until March 2.

In January, the album was announced by posting the first song, “We Take Care of Our Own,” on YouTube. Since then, it has been viewed over 1 million times, with overwhelmingly positive sentiment. Springsteen tellsRolling Stone that Wrecking Ball is “as direct a record as I ever made.”

The song “Wrecking Ball” originally debuted live when Springsteen and his band, the E Street Band, performed at Giants Stadium in his home state of New Jersey, shortly before the arena was demolished. On the surface, the song would appear to be about tearing down the building, but viewed through the prism of the American financial collapse it plays like a call for starting over and renewal. Andy Greene of Rolling Stone calls the album “a scathing indictment of Wall Street greed and corruption and a look into the devastation it has wrought.”

Springsteen will embark on an international tour behind Wrecking Ball this spring, but first will appear as the keynote speaker at South by Southwest on March 15. Tonight, he will appear on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” as part of a week-long tribute to his music. Throughout the week other artists will perform songs from his catalog, and then Springsteen will return on Friday as musical guest once again.
